I'm going to be there from June 15th to July 2nd. (:
This'll be my first time going back to the motherland since I was like three. I plan on going all out...eating tons of Bonchon Chicken (like Korea's version of KFC...except it's fucking BOMB and not nasty), other Korean foods, sampling all of Korea's major shitty beers in their natural environment, and, of course, going to see live SC.
Well...I hope I'll be able to get away, anyway. We're gonna be visiting my grandparents and a bunch of relatives I'm not related to directly (only by marriage).
Anyway, around that time is when all three major finals are, right? Or is it just past? ):

Hey!
You're in for a treat, especially since its been such a long time since you were there. You can check my TL blog or TL search for my headed to korea and headed to korea again threads if you think that might interest you.
Be sure to try out a bunch of foods, you will definitely be gaining weight. Don't know how old you are but drinking age is lower, plus your age is +1. Definitely hit up the foods, you will miss them so much. Even Korean foods you eat at home are gonna taste so much better. Be sure to cherish the time you spend with family too, you never know it may be a while before you see them again.
I actually might be there again this summer to teach and hakwons and try to make some money, but its not 100% sure yet.

Sc live is really exciting the first time you go, and especially if you go to see your favorite players. I think rek might be a little jaded from being around starcraft and korea so much. That's actually one thing I missed out on since I left korea last summer before Rek got back from San Diego or whatever but I say that because its really cool to meet the Korean TLers. Susie is such a sweet and nice person. I imagine NeverGG is the same since she helped me out even if we didn't meet irl. I fucking love Korea and I hope you have a good time man. How much does a trip to korea cost for real?? Like a 2-4 weeks in korea, i'd love to visit korea and kidnap some progamer has "souvenir" to remember my trip  .

Well the cost of the trip all depends on where you are flying from, whether it is one way, who you are flying with, etc. If you mean the cost of living there(as a tourist) I would like to know as well

What he meant was watching it live with your own eyes in front of you, you can see player face and etc. It's like watching the super bowl or the greycup its way cooler if your in the staded then at home!

also bonchon chicken? hmm, i thought that was just in America... ppl usually go for what they call "Yang yum chicken" in korea not as much bonchon type out there... make sure u drink a LOT of sojoo as it was really realyl cheap there... and buy some and bring them bak too (again really cheap)

Really? I heard Bonchon was huge in Korea...or was that a while back or something? lol. I've had some at their New Jersey location when I was visiting relatives there. It was the best fried chicken I've EVER had, hands down.
And yes...so long as the airlines don't positively rape me with luggage weight costs and all that, I plan on bringing back as much cheap booze as possible. I hear a bottle of soju goes for like a dollar there...compared to like $3-6 out here...):
