After finishing off a photo shoot in a park near Seocho today I decided to try my hand at flower photography. I've never done it before and I enjoy photographing different things aside from Korean boys and keyboards from time to time. It was late afternoon, but there was just enough light left at around 5-6pm to have a little experiment. It's actually really calming in comparison to photographing people.

These are wonderful pictures. Really really professional looking I have to say I'm very impressed. I love the ones in front of the sun and the other ones in front of the city...awesome!

Wow great work! The reason why I avoid photographing people and I only take up nature/macro/landcape photography is because it's soooo calming and soothing to the psyche, to be able to admire, and if lucky immortalize a scene always brings me peace of mind. Hope you felt the same

I wanted to comment on your previous blog, you said that one of your resolutions for this year is to get a Canon 5d Mk2. Mind you, that is very ambitious, I wish you the best of luck!

Since I remember you claiming (perhaps out of modesty) that you're not very knowledgeable yet when it comes to the technical part of photography (technical details about equipment and such), I really wanted to point out www.photo.net to you, it is one of the best photography sites on the internet, full of really mature, passionate and professional people. You'll find their forums and occasional reviews on equipment more than satisfying no matter what degree of knowledge you're at, I for one did.

Keep up the good work, nothing makes life all together more worthwhile than a true, deep passion. Perhaps only love
