I wrote this piece for the tables that summarized the performances of Jaedong, Flash, Bisu and Stork in every league that took place since the 2007 season, but got frustrated with trying to get the tables to appear on the post. Since then I went through a phase where I deleted every single Starcraft related stuff I had including the tables linked, and now this post is useless because of that. If a moderator could delete this thread I would be greatful.

Yes, PL performance is indeed very important. Thats why JD won the KeSPa Player of The Year Award last time.

I wish you'd left this in with difficult-to-read tables instead of editing everything out.

Nice article, and thanks for doing all this research.

I was pretty content with the tables I've made, and just wrote random stuff to make them look not too lonely. The words were useless without the tables .

Does anyone know how to actually make the tables appear on this post? I didn't know adding pictures and stuff was such a bitch.

Stork and Jaedong are both statistically the best Proleague players ever?

awesome pic zoler and I agree. People are too quick to label the 'new' players kings. They forget the people who made the scene as big as it is and dominated in such entertaining fashion.

...the four defining players of our era...

There was an article a while ago about how there were multiple "kings" in every era, and only one of them in each era came out as Bonjwa. I don't think the OP was referring to these players as the 'kings' for all time.

Umm this is something the Koreans do. They regularly pick dominant players of a specific era and do this sort of thing, whether it be for hype or what have you.

It's not like Boxer was a "trend" or something. He's a national celebrity and the face of Starcraft and even whole of e-Sports.

edit: I read to fast ^^ You never said that about Boxer, Iloveoov, Nada or Savior.

stack: ofc Flash, Jaedong and Bisu are the kings of todays Starcraft, but the likes of Boxer and Iloveoov will stay in our hearts forever
