New Band seeking constructive crtisism

Hi me and my friend are freshmen in high school and were aspiring to be musicians in the future.

Our band is Awesome Face(Temporary name until we find something AWESOME)

We have one song out and since we don't have a singer it is purely instrumental. (Please don't mind the picture, we were just bored.)

I know the solo is pretty choppy but other than that constructive criticism is welcome. Hell criticism is welcome. We just want some feedback on how were doing.

Before even saying anything about the playing, I would like to comment on the quality of the recording. It seems to me like the pickup on your mic was just terrible, which ruins any effort you put into the song no matter how good it was. I really recommend getting some better recording equipment to that you can actually show off your skill level(even if it isn't so high).

Speed it up a bit and would sound great, why spend money so you can record it for youtube? If you want anything serious done go to a studio.

I listen to alot of music and don't play alot of it so this is my take on it:
- Drum beat stayed the same whole song, I find tempo changes to add interest to a song.
- Very basic and easy listen don't really know what you want us to critique? Drums role was very basic accompaniment and guitar just kind of went over it with improvisations.
- Find your own sound. (Some day
