My opinion is that McDaniels is simply doing the job he was assigned, while Cutler is acting like a complete and utter child. If we're playing the whole 'it's a business' angle, then why is it so shocking that he wants to leave a shitty work environment? Would you want to stay at your job if you heard your boss was looking at another employee, and there was only room for one of you? He was promised by the owner that his O-coord wouldn't leave, and he was fired. That started the ball rolling. Then this whole thing happened and McDaniels (and Bowlen) basically said, 'stop being a bitch'. And you want this guy to go out and try 110% for your team now? Fat chance. | ||

The fact that McDaniels didn't accept the offer showed their colors. He wouldn't have been doing his job had he completely ignored the offer. You have to leave all doors open. Also, Cutler doesn't have the best reputation in the locker room, so why should he be given the benefit of the doubt? And yeah, I started that blog in the fall. Thanks for the compliment!
