I recently downloaded the Halo PC demo. I downloaded it, because I had nostalgia about it. My friends and I played it a couple years back for shits and giggles. It was a lot of fun then, and still is. I own the full retail PC game. However, I realize that there are more people on the demo than the full game I’d say. So that’s why I’ve been playing the demo.
So I was thinking if anyone would want like a Teamliquid game going around. The demo is only about 120 megabytes, and pretty much runs on any PC nowadays. The demo has limitations. You only get 1 map, which is Blood Gulch, and one game can’t have more than 16 people I think (depends on your bandwidth I believe). However, the demo is a lot more fun than other full FPS games I’ve played.

So if anyone’s interested I think a TL game would be awesome. We can set up a time, and who will host the game. I was thinking we could do a game of FFA, and some CTF games.
So is anyone interested, because I am.

Sure. I'm talking about the demo though. This would enable anyone to play, and thus more TL fun.

also this reminds me of a time when my friend wanted to SC with me but he didnt have SC on his computer so he made me DL the demo for the original SC and play htat with him. believe it or not people still play that on bnet :O

I used to play Halo PC, was pretty into it- then I started playing COD4. COD4 is so much more fun, so I don't play anymore.

That kind of makes me sad. I think TL should start a foundation that gives out the Starcraft Battlechest to deserving people. Who's with me?

COD4 is alright, but I don't think most people would be able to run it. Halo CE everyone can pretty much run.

I tried way back when when it first came out (yes, this computer is that old), and this piece of shit couldn't even load the textures properly...T_T.

Ugh blood gulch. Deathmatch on a map w/o vehicles is a lot more fun imo.

You can always turn off vehicles. Which is what any decent host does anyways.

Unfortunately you can't with the trial version, which is why it is worth it to buy the full version (too many shee-noobs T_T).

it says, windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access it.
There's no even 0x18000 or anything like that on that window.

I lowered total players to 4, maybe that's the problem? We need someone with a strong enough internet connection.
