Well, since my schedule for school have been tough, it's getting more narrowed in terms of study time. I spend most of my Saturdays and Sundays at the school library, has anyone been doing this before or had started to? My reason being is that at my house, it's pretty quiet, I live in the suburbs, but there are little distractions and annoyances(AIM, BW(omfg!!), etc), at the library, seriously, it's crazy quiet(one can sleep in it) and you just spend your time going over notes, and studying the book and whatnot. I started doing this two weeks ago, and honest to say that it really helps but I think I start going to the library too late, I lacked study time and with classes crammed up together, everything just boils down to the gutter.

When I wasn't at the library before, I would just procrastinate, and I am sure most of you already do or continue to do that. Point is, the library really fucking helps. It'll pick up your school grades and you can have a little study session in it or something. Last weekend I went, this weekend I will probably continue. I feel like I am falling behind classes already. From Monday to Friday I have class, excluding Thursdays which I spend the day going over Monday-Wednesday class schedules and whatnot. I already feel the dread of the university life, it's not just you sitting there and just being laid back(community college for whoever is in it or going to), it's more about yourself applying and actually doing and understanding your schoolwork(homework and projects alike).

So if you feel like classes are a bitch/burden to you, I would highly recommend you to go to the library, sit down with all your books and spend time in it. I go to the library at 1PM(when it starts) and the next thing I know, it's 9PM. Honestly, you don't feel the time going by so quickly but the work that gets done is just astonishing. Hopefully I can continue to keep this effort up and pick up on my grades since my testing skills suck ass.

Enjoy.

I find it's pretty difficult to meet girls at the library...usually it's so quiet you'd be making a scene by trying to strike up a conversation, and on top of that most of them are engrossed in their books or listening to music.

I spend my weekends in the library almost every weekend. I'm in law school, that is what you do in law school.

Studying is never so bad once you get down to it.

I don't spend my weekends in the library cause I don't have to, very smooth sailing this semester. But it is true, it's soo quiet and relaxing, which unfortunately usually ends in me sleeping there rather than studying.
Excuse me hun, but what is your name? Vivian? I woke up next to you naked and, uh, did we, um?

haha even If I go to the library, it becomes addicting waiting for slow internet pages to load.....wastes more time then chatting in IM's and playing bw tbh. My library's internet sucks ass though. idk about other people

Can I have your number please? "SURE!" I was so shocked at how easily the girl working at the bar gave me her phone number. She wasn't that tall but had a cute face and large (what I hoped were natural) breasts and more curvy womanly hips and ass than the average Korean girl. Normally girls working at bars in Korea are actually instructed by their bosses to give out phone numbers if guys ask but not to meet the guys ever outside the bar. This keeps customers interested in those bars because they feel like they have a shot at getting the girl but in reality it's a merely bait to keep you coming back to that bar. I got owned by that so many times when I first came to Korea because I didn't know any better and was actually naive and retarded enough to believe that these really hot girls actually had any interest in me. LOL random tall lanky white nerd in Korea not speaking any of their language OH YEAH I'M THE SHIT. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. But for some reason the way she gave it to me this time was very natural and I knew it was for real.

We text back and forth throughout the next few days but then for whatever reason never got a chance to meet up and stopped contacting eachother. Then randomly a few days after I'm bored on a Sunday night and randomly call her. "Hey how come you stopped calling me!" I reply, "What are you talking about I'm calling you now, are you free tonight?" She says "Actually yes I am!" (She doesn't have to work on Sunday nights obviously). We set the time to meet at 9 PM. She said she wasn't hungry but I was starving so I grabbed a quick bite to eat with her. The conversation was great and we were both having a lot of fun. Not only was she hot but she had a good personality too and I was really starting to like this girl. After that I took her to a nice hookah lounge/bar that I knew were you can get romantic private little areas with pillows everywhere so you can sit on the floor in a bed of pillows and lay around. Girls love that shit. Things are going great still as we drink some Bombay Gin and Tonic and puff on the strawberry hookah a little bit.

We are getting pretty close, joking laughing, her hands on my legs as we sit next to eachother. She asks me "So whats your ideal type of girl?" I felt it was the right timing to make a move so I just looked deep into her eyes waited a few seconds then said "You." Yeah fuck you guys I know its cheesy but I felt like it'd work in the moment and it did. We started kissing and after a while we stopped. She wasn't that good of a kisser but not like guys care about kissing anyways LOL. I was getting pretty worked up and our bottle was halfway done so I said to her what most guys would say, "Lets go back to my place."

I figured it would work easily because of how well the night went so far then she says something I didn't expect. "So you must do this a lot...get a girl's number then take her out wine her and dine her take her to a nice place like this get her a little drunk and try to take her home huh?" I was so taken aback by her question that I couldn't think fast enough to formulate the proper response which in hindsight I should have said "Nah my standards are way too high I rarely go on dates because I rarely find girls hot enough." That would have totally averted the question while complimenting her and making me look like a cocky fuck (girls like that). But I just couldn't help but reply honestly. "Well....erm....you're pretty much right."

"Thats what I thought you pathetic fuck." She then grabs her bag puts on her jacket and shoes and storms out.

I don't flinch and sit there in awe of how quickly that just happened. Kissing then 30 seconds later shes calling me a pathetic fuck storming out of the bar. Am I that bad of a kisser? LOL

I've been doing 8 hours a day in the library for the last 6 weeks for my 1st Medical Licensing Exam, and the week before the exam I started going in on weekends and all days of the week for 12 hours.

Now it is finally over...and I have my doubts about whether I passed or not.

But its over

I hate the library. Lol. Really though, I can sneak up on girls when they least expect it. Like a dt rush, they won't have they're cannons up.

well, honestly youre in HS so i wouldnt be so meh-meh with it all. i was never all concerned about it in HS because i always got A's and shit by doing almost nothing. i mean i procrastinated but i always got my work done and whatever, but teachers in HS are very lenient compared to professors.

my library's net is actually fast, it downloads at 2MBps but i usually dont bring a laptop unless i have projects to do. i just sit down, do homework, do more homework, and just study over the materials, honestly, i want to work hard and i am doing it. and since i commute, its hard(1hr drive give or take), ideally i would love to spend 6-7hrs there, its really really good. but alas, one requires motivation to SIT down and DO WORK.
