However, my eapm has never gone above 142 and usually is 130 or so. I watch my replays and I have no idea where I could spend more eapm as my macro is great, micro is great, i keep up with supplies and everything. I watch fpvods of 'low' apm guys like oov and stork, and they always average 170+, but I can't figure out how the hell they do it. The only thing I've seen that might be the case is that they change screens very fast. But other than that, I don't know how they average 170 and I only average 140 inspite being very similar in apm. and before you say i spam, yes i do spam, but my macro and micro isn't exactly lagging. I have no idea how I could possibly raise it. I love looking at eAPM. Nowadays I always try to minimise spam, including hotkey spam and trying to reduce the number of repetitive move actions. The result is my APM actually started dropping drastically (and partly due to rustiness too). Now it's usually around the low to mind 200s when it used to be higher, but my eAPM has gone up to about 170 on average now in TvP and PvT with below 30% redundancy, and 200 average in TvZ with slightly higher redundancy. Obviously it's not correct to say eAPM = multitasking ability but for me, I can see clear improvements in my multitask accompanied by an increase in eAPM, so it's a useful indicator for me. I think being able to play at 300apm has helped me though, because it has helped me develop fluidity with the mouse and keyboard, so playing in the low 200s feels effortless.

I have a duty to my reputation as a bragger. If I didn't constantly mention myself and my low apm people might think I don't constantly seek new ways to promote myself.

I just played a 25 minute tvp and i was going all out, 250 apm, it was intense. no turting at all and still the highest eapm i could get was 143. I can't imagine playing even harder because I was at my limits, I'm completely drained after. So, anyone who gets 170 is unbelivable to me.
