EPTim after a good free korean -> english dictionary.
there are really good ones for japanese, and chinese, but no matter how hard i google i can't find decent ones for korean.

is an example of the most widely used japanese e-dict.
i want one that spits out the hanja for a character too. So far every e-dict i've seen only gives you half the total definitions, lets you look at only a certain amount of definitions per day, gives you 0 hanja,
this program is (free) its called jwpce and it uses the database in jimbreens japanese e-dict
