Maybe I just roll around too much, but I find a shirt usually winds up twisting around and becoming uncomfortable. Same here, well -20* was really cold but I remember going to school when it was -30* (of course they had to close all schools but mine) People here are acting like Poland would become 1 big glacier soon

I used to sleep naked, but started to find that weird considering I'd be a visitor sometimes and couldn't lie naked on someone else's bed or couch. So I started wearing trousers all the time. I can't sleep with a shirt on because I entangle myself in it as soon as I turn around and that drives me crazy.

I've just returned to the UK from my visit home in Canada and we had Siberian temperatures when I left - below -40°C at night, often below -30°C during the day (not counting windchill!). Here it's -5°C and the brits are whining about "arctic temperatures", LOL! Anything over 24°C here in the UK also qualifies as "sweltering heat".

Its hit -30 several times this winter. its -13 right now too. my room is cold because my window is like 6 feet by 5 feet. I could probably stand in it. Actually I think I have before. Big windows aren't great for maintaining heat
