i sleep fine when my feet are cold, oddly I can't when they feel hot (usually in summer) Sometimes I'll even wake up and run cold water over them in the tub.

if you wear socks to bed your feet get too hot and you have bad bad dreams. you also heat up and sweat too much so its gross.

My feet are really fucked up. They are either REALLY fucking cold, or REALLY fucking hot. During the winter months my feet get extremely cold to the point where its uncomfortable in bed. Wearing socks in bed alleviates this discomfort and makes for a better nights sleep.

I rarely wear socks in bed, maybe if I'm extremely cold for some reason. I guess I feel more confortable not wearing any.

Exactly, of course using the same socks you used while living your life can be unhygienic but as unhygienic can be wearing the same underwear while sleeping.

This is why sleeping socks should be unused ones just like your other sleeping "gear", when this is done I don't see it being strange or disgusting at all for those who feel the need to have something warm their cold legs.

I like to sleep with the room temp around 12 degrees. It's socks in bed or foot cramps in bed.

Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy, I'll keep the same socks and underwear I had all day. And sometimes when I'm feeling really lazy, I'll use them again the following day.

Anyone who particularly cares one way or the other is being silly. I don't do it but I could understand if the room is very cold that your legs get cold even when your upper body is reasonably warm from multiple blankets.

Personally I have trouble sleeping with socks on.... I have to wear the same exactly type of thing every night or I can't sleep.

though I dont have a problem with people who use it.. .is their life, after all I AM NOT SLEEPING WITH ANY OF THEM...
