Ive had standard ipod earbuds for a few months now (think since end september) and theyve been fine and I always carry them around in my pocket wrapped around the ipod (nano), if you do this be sure not to wrap it too tightly. | ||

I used to just wrap the headphones around my ipod with it still connected, and shove it in my pockets... and my new way of handling it seems to a worse result...  | ||

Hrmm my 3rd gen ipod earphones worked great(shitty sound thou) for about 2 years until they stole the other mp3 player(ipod was stolen within a year)....I would just buy like the 10-15 dollar sony/phillips in-ear buds just for the fact I know im going to fuck them up or lose them sooner or later....One time I spent about 45 bucks on some dj style sony headphones (cheap for dj style) and my dog chewed up the wires....Fuckin great.... | ||
