Hey guys, I'm writing this blog hoping to lower the variance of how I feel in the mornings. I find that I sometimes feel really energetic and happy and sometimes my body kind of hurts and I feel groggy. I can't narrow it down as to what is the determining factor for this. Sometimes I'll drink at night and wake up the next day and feel fantastic even though I don't expect it. My girlfriend tells me I snore and so I'm thinking that maybe some nights I just don't breathe as well and wake up several times.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to breathe better while sleeping or ANYTHING else you can do during the day that will make you feel better the next day.

Just get a chia pet, they are known to improve your karma and hopefully your sleep apnea.

i like exercising... it really helps me relax and fall into a deep sleep once i get to bed.
Personally i love playing tennis and sometimes going for a jog. what the feeling i'm talking about it after you take a shower you feel really refreshed but at the same time you have that tiredness and very slight soreness in your muscles, but it actually feels pretty good knowing you got some good exercise. after you go to bed you'll fall asleep very quickly and sleep until the sun wakes you

exercise is probably the best way to get a good sleep.

Totally understand where you're comming from, I feel the exact feelings also, sometimes real gloomy, and have some sick sense that the day will be absolutely terrible or great..

When I wake up, I feel exhausted. It takes every ounce of strength to get up. Every day. When I don't have an important obligation I oversleep by several hours 365/365. I'd like tips also.

Don't eat too much before going to sleep.
Try to sleep on your back.
If you can't breath properly while sleeping try getting one of those plastic bands that attach to your nose and open it.

if you're snoring you might have sleep apnea. this can be caused by a elongated palette

Same here. D= If I don't have to get up for anything, I wake up and go back to sleep like 4 times, and end up sleeping like 10-12 hours. =(

sleep with your head propped up abit, and it helps to sleep on your side, get a plastic band that opens your nose, and you should be doing alot better, helps for me
