I love to cook. I enjoy smelling what flavours are in the food I make and I enjoy seeing my family savour them.
But what irritates me the most is when you're trying out something new, you fuck up but you don't have any ingredients left.
I tried prefecting my carbonara this morning. It turned out really bad. Apparently I didn't time the cooking well enough such that is was like omelette in a pool of water! Its so irritating. I tried it again and my timing push failed yet again.
So now I sit here with such a huge urge to cook again but I don't have anymore cheese nor eggs to cook.
But be sure I'll be back with a vengeance tomorrow. I'll get some pictures up and I'll finally give a go for my first attempt to teach TL guys how to make some manly food!

Last monday i tried cooking carbonara also, my friend taught me how while we were drinking beer last weekend. it was so easy considering im kinda drunk while taking notes on how to make it. it is so easy when you have all the ingredients, the cooking part is the easiest.
it took me about 1.5 hr in preparing and cooking the stuff ( i suck at cutting garlic and grating the cheese.) .. the taste was godlike and my dad loves it lol.

I find that if you go 6pool your eggs hatch just in time to make the perfect omelette but before his cannons warp in.
