I'm not talking about only parents, I'm talking about adults in general.
I'm a person that can't focus when there's any noise besides the keyboard typing or other noises that we can't get around hearing. The only computer in my house is in the living room which is next to the kitchen. Those are the hotspots in my house that are noisy until about 11pm so I can't concentrate on my work until about 12am. I got about one hour of work in and then my uncle comes home at about 2am. Now it's 3am and he's been asking me questions while I'm trying to crank out a report that's due tomorrow. No matter how often I answer the questions, more keep on coming out. Why won't they shut the hell up?
Edit: I just noticed how tired I am. concentrate on my work until about 12am. I got about one hour of work in and then my uncle comes home at about 2am.

I sure as hell am not, but if that's what it takes for me to get some peace and quiet, so be it. Also, if anybody wants to help you can help me find out about Toni Morrison and Katherine Anne Porter's impact on their societies.

lol. I get that a lot with my parents for procrastinating in IB....
Stay up late then stay up even later cuz parents are asking why youre up late and lecturing you on how to manage your time better while wasting your time themselves XD

Really it's a lose lose. If I don't answer I get some bullcrap lecture about how I'm ignoring them and if I do answer, they keep coming up with more. Now I've pretty much given up on the essay and I'm browsing TL+looking up college information.

Jut ask them to be quiet? Adults are generally reasonable people. Children are much much worse.
My brother's friends are annoying loud mouths that just won't shut up unless you shout at them.
They'll be playing their WC3 UMS and screaming "PWWWWWNNNNED", "HAHAHAHAHAH", "OVER 9000!!!!" etc. So fucking annoying, like 4chan in verbal form.

I consider myself a very reasonable person. They always yell at me about not listening to them when they ask me politely, but when I ask them something politely they don't listen either. I don't think the adults in my family are reasonable people. They'll scream at my 4 year old cousin when she doesn't listen, but they were the ones who spoiled her until she never listens to anybody. Yeah I agree with your second point though. People my age are annoying >_>

If he won't piss off when you tell him you've got work to do, go to the library next time. The only reason you're angry is because you procrastinated this long, and now your work is due tomorrow.
That, or invest in sound blockers (those things people wear at aircraft strips). I have one of those, and I put them on whenever my family is being obnoxiously loud and I really need to concentrate. They're like $1.50 or something.
But seriously dude. Your family didn't start being annoying yesterday. Learn to plan ahead

If you can move the computer, then go for it, or otherwise wear headphones to block out the sound and noise.
If you can't do that either, then try to go to the library during school so that you don't need to do any work at home.
