I'm not really 'with the times' on the newest software, but I used to use a program called Guitar Pro 5 to get the job done. I'm not really sure if they exist for other types of music formats. Nor am I really sure if that's going to help you at all, but I tried. Good luck to you! | ||

I did a search for '望春风' 乐谱 钢琴...but you probably did this already right? Apparently there is a popular saxophone piece with the same name, I couldn't find this particular one. | ||

Xiao Tairan (*1938) Spring Wind (wang chunfeng) But yea, I did that search but couldn't find it :-( The person playing it is Lang Lang (you know, the guy with the "my face changes a lot") | ||
