The fees don't pay for the library they are just supposed to irritate the idiots into returning the books so other people can have them. Apparently the fees need to be higher if you still don't have your shit together. | ||

But luckily, I am in college, and I can renew before the day it is due! Oh, and they don't charge overdue until 2 or 3 days after its been overdue, so if you renew it in that time period you're fine. And they email me 3 days before its overdue heh. Maybe you should ask your library to implement such policies if they don't have them in place already o.O | ||
