There are some people with APM that high who are legitimate D/D+s.

There are some people with APM that high who are legitimate D/D+s. no d's at 250 apm unless spaming and to answer question once they reace a certain rank and are not destroying every1 and getting some losses they like to restart and get better stats, but there are people like white-ra who and majesty_cz that play like 1000 a season with no restarts, simple reason they wanna get better most people just like to win and playing vs better people should be good for you since u learn, but it is annoying losing to D players when u know u r a better rank and you are thinking wtf

There are plenty of C players at D - and they have these sort of accounts. But you can't see their stats unless you check the website. So how are you to know that the 2000 you are playing is like 12-0.

No way, replay? lol Also, Im sure a lot of people who might get to D+ or C- (or in your case, C+...) get there and then they start to lose some games or struggle to maintain their rank, so they make a new account to play against people they dont necessarily have to try as hard against.

Unfortunately, it won't tell you their record, but you can at least roughly figure it out if you're at a major point deficit.

I used to smurf D back in the summer when I was C and I'd try to play with as low apm as possible. Me and my friend haemonculus would see how low we could get our APM with still winning a game. The lowest I ever got was 37 apm and still won the game. Highest ratio game (highest enemy apm vs lowest my apm and still winning) was when I had 50 apm and my opponent was 200 apm zerg. lol
