i just played a pvt on lost temple that was intense to say the least. since i haven't played sc in a long time and there's hardly anyone on east and west i assume everyone's either quit or migrated to iccup. but this guy i just played:

Terran
APM:293
game length:20 minutes.
He had superb control and greatmultitasking.

It makes me wonder if I just played a progamer or just another very good b.net player.

just because someone has 300 apm, and good micro doesnt make them progamer >_<
I dont believe many progamers host 1v1 LT on east either...

wow...so many mistakes by both. Great game though, if not only for the low econ heavy aggressive/harass style utilized by both players. But seriously mate, you threw that game away like six times. So did the terran...but yeah...good game, but hes definitely not a pro.

Edit: People, apm means nothing. If you read bw chart half of these d-c even b players, half of their apm is just spamming the same thing. Pro gamers spam from time to time, so they are already warmed up once they actually need, and can use, their 300 apm hands. These people are like...120-150...they just like thrashing at the keyboard.

Use BWchart to see if your apm lapsed significantly for no reason, or if your not using hotkeys as much as you should, maybe to double check on a suspected hacker. Nothing else. Uninstall it if its making you self conscious about APM, or something.

honestly, did you really think you had just played a pro gamer in a 1v1@LT game?

I would be surprised if the guy is over C- iccup level.

Basically, he posted a replay of himself as the terran, against some random toss player, hoping to boast about his own skills, is what you are saying?

I was bored and did a bit of digging, and found he hosted another replay on battlereports, in which he plays terran, and has close to the same APM as this replay posted. I compared hotkeys, and in both replays the terran hotkeys his barracks to 3 and 4. So is it coincidence that 2 different players have similar apm, and similar hotkeys?? Or are you seriously just trying to see if people will compliment your terran skill by saying you played a "pro" ON EAST no less.
