Hmm dl rainbow launcher i think it has a program in it that can allow you to dl the reg for iccup here http://rainbow.mugke.com/download.htm after you install it open the launcher on the left you'll see a tab called 프로그램 then you'll see something called pc방 제한 풀기 click on it a window will open and on the 해제 side(right) click 레지스트리 should fix it. If it doesnt fix it i remember going to a pc room and i couldnt dl the brain server reg but my friend text msged me the name of this program which fixed it. I'll give him a 문자 if rainbow launcher doesnt work but i dont want to bother him midterm season for high schoolers ;; | ||

That's weird...when you clicked on Registry, did you make sure that SC was closed?? Try doing it agian, if not I guess all we can do is ilikestarcraft to send his friend a text and yea ^^;; Or on the ICCUP website isn't there like actual installer file (not registry, but like setup.exe) that allows you install the ICCUP server? It could work if they didn't block the ICC website | ||
