Perhaps you don't understand the situation. I just booked it up six flights of stairs and I also shocked and surprised at what the fuck just happened. When I went in the elevator, it was almost full, everyone was quiet as hell and there I was panting and breathing really heavily lol. I found it embarrassing, yes.
