I prefer hard kick since often I miss the dragon punch using the keyboard. After a block hurricane kick, Sagat will tiger uppercut which you can block or do a combo on him. Do a whiff standing light kick in his face and he may do a whiff fierce dragon punch which you can counter. The best combo, I can get is jump hard punch,standing hard punch, hurricane. Back against corner, jump back hard punch, standing hard punch, throw several fireball which all combos. EDIT: For the easiest and fastest win, do a jab dragon as Sagat is getting up after a knock down.
