EPTI'm around 215 too. I'm 6'3" so this isn't a disaster, but a lot of it's flab so I'm trying to get into better shape, maybe lose 10 or 20 pounds while I'm at it.

i dropped about 25 lbs over a year in 2006 and it's amazing how much better i felt, i can't imagine how good it must feel to drop 50.  | ||
