I dont know but after going on the comp and than going to hakwon i like can barely stay awake in class. If you have early classes you should try to get a regular routine like 12 sleep 6 wake up. It helps you get a good night sleep and than a good breakfast and after that its all left to your own willpower and concentration. Pretty much all students get tired in class so you're not alone. | ||

also if you take notes in class that will help because you are actively doing something drinking lots of water throughout the day is really good too | ||
