So we had a good time hanging out at Chill's place in downtown Calgary. A good time was had by....fusionsdf...vodka and cheering for forGG. A few Koreans even showed up, I bet those Socal guys are lucky we didn't play them in PL format.
We decided it would be fun to play some 1v1 and set up an Obs on the bigscreen so that's exactly what we did. There ended up being some pretty fun games, Chill has all the replays.
I took just a few pictures of the place that you can see here: http://s267.photobucket.com/albums/ii292/tthmok/2008 MSL Finals/
Heereon the Korean guy that stuck around to watch the MSL was really cool to hang out with. Had some good information from the Korean side of things. He promised us some Korean food for the next event. He also gave us some live translation, apparently the MSL commentators like to state the obvious.
Super VOD http://www.viddler.com/explore/GogoKodo/videos/2/
Better Super VOD http://www.viddler.com/explore/GogoKodo/videos/3/ TvZ fusionsdf vs John, random Korean guy who is friends with ryosuke.

Ah, nope (I see it now)
I'm usually busy with work, and at home, I almost never check the Broodwar Forums.
Normally I just check General/Sports & Games/Blogs in TL.
Oh well, nice to see you guys had a lot of fun though.

Man Chill has a really sweet view from his house.
Looks like you had fun.

I just checked the other thread, and noticed Chill lives in the same place where my Great Aunt and Uncle Lives in. This is madness.
Also aren't those condos 500K+?
Chill is so rich

It's not my fault you can't read for a week I PM'd everyone who responded in the "CALGARY BOOZEFEST" thread and then there was the Alberta thread that was bumped for a week. Tried my best!
