I was going to use this against Sea[Shield] to have a shot at the mousepad but I was denied  oh well

Proceed to mass wraiths and scvs and get the cloak upgrade and +1 infantry armor.
While this is going on, harass their tanks and dropships with wraiths. You want them to build as many golaiths and missile turrets and as few vultures and tanks as possible.
When the +1 armor is finished, comsat the enemy mineral line and order all your workers to mine from it. Send your wraiths to attack after the enemy golaiths have been fusion cuttered.
Go for the supply depots followed by their armories. Tanks made at this point won't be able to do anything, against mass scv, and the wraiths can kill anything like vultures and firebats.
if you want send in a dropship with 4 firebats to each of their expos to slaughter all of their scvs. But its better just to kill their production with scvs and wraiths.
