I bought eight of them in Viridian City. The only thing they were selling in the Pokemart was Masterballs. o_O
Edit: No, I'm an idiot. I call every "second" village of each Pokemon world Viridian city since that's what it was for me. I think the reason I could buy Masterballs is because the download site I got it from included something titled "cheat list pokemon 386.clt"

theres no age limit on having fun
oh btw on emerald 386, can you catch all the deoxys formes and if so where are they located? (i presume they are one-off) also, where abouts are all the other legendaries from previous gens?

Lugia and Ho-oh you need some ticket to get on some boat, don't know haven't gotten there yet, Articuno Zapdos and Moltres are in some cave late in the game, as are Suicune, Entei and Raikou. Again, I'm not there yet, I've just heard through the grapevine :p

Don't use that Masterball on anyone except Mew or Mewtwo or one of the harder Pokemon, I forget. Dunno of Rayquiza or w/e is catchable in Emerald.
If you still haven't caught Registeele you should try putting him to sleep or something.
I remember my fuckin pro Articuno froze and left the Mewtwo with 4 HP left so I threw one Ultra Ball and owned that mofo in Yellow. Man, Yellow, Red, Blue were the best.
I still have Pearl <_>. Beat it though.

You never played competitively on netbattle did you Overheat was extremely useful for fire type physical sweepers. STAB+Fire type= Dead Skarmory. Between switching out and that berry that restores lowered stats it was very useful.
Before someone asks yes Pokemon is an extremely competitive game in multilayer (online at least)

Who said Overheat wasn't useful? I specifically remember saying it was powerful to the point of imba :p

I caught Rayquaza already with a Great Ball.

He was paralyzed, I don't have anything sleep inducing. I did catch him eventually, took about 1000 tries with Ultra Ball.

The last Gym is Water, I just taught my Blastoise Ice Beam for the bird gym, peace of cake, especially with the Dragon/Flying monstrosity that is Altaria.

Why would you use Overheat on a Skarmory when Flamethrower on any decent sweeper does the same? Heck, even Fire Fang works sometimes. Flamethrower has more PP, more accuracy, and is the fire move of choice (albiet weaker). The only reason you would use Overheat is to force a pokemon lacking in S. Attack to possibly OHKO things, in which case I think Fire Blast is better for its sweep potential.

Maybe the enemy pokemon is more likely to have high spec. D as opposed to Def then maybe overheat is superior choice.
