do sport/excresize. eat normally. sleep normally. that should do it. I had it before, but not very strong. stopped after some time. you can always see your doctor, she/he would probably prescribe some vitamins too. | ||

he says it goes away after a few seconds... but asking a doctor never hurt anyone, that's true. all that should somewhat go away when you get some more years to your age count, but that's just the passive way of fighting it, that's not good - this happening suggests something else you need to tackle. probably do some regular sport/excresize so you get to a good shape, then it should go away too. (you have to eat well too) | ||
