I've had a problem with ICCup / Bnet pretty much ever since I got my new computer. It has been slightly annoying and I have had a few ways around it, but I want it to be fixed once and for all o.o
When I get on sc the Icons that show your rank on ICCup - your ladder points, or your stars on west are missing.
Every once in a while I can see all of the rank icons perfectly fine. Usually though I will see part of each icon with black stripes in the middle.
Here are two examples:
You can see on the second one they are trying to show but still not that great. 
Some information:
I am using Vista although I doubt that is the problem.
My monitor is a 22-inch with a resolution of 1680x1050
Not sure what other information would be helpful.

Click on a person's name, hold, and move up and down the list. That should reveal all the icons

Yes. Some times that does fix it. But often it doesn't.
I appreciate the help but I want somethign like a permanent fix.
edit: And when I do that often it only reveals some of them, then I do it again to show the other icons and they all go away.

shuttle is just someone that i recently added. too lazy to put him in his proper position.

Nah it works just, well, only part of the time.
I'm I guess I wasn't too clear with what im asking. Is there some kind of computer setting I need to or can change to make it so the icons show up all the time without having to drag select the user list?

Well, it happens to all of us, it just seems that yours is a more extreme case. Battle.net for Starcraft probably just sucks, because it happens to everyone but not as often as yours and it's easily fixable using the drag thing - I doubt there's a computer setting that causes it though. Try doing it without other programs on - you may have a program that influences this. For me, when my windows media player is on, it occurs more often (when I was watching streams for TL Attack and stuff).

Alright. It might be just battlenet. not sure. It just started happening to me when I got my new computer. Not sure.

I have this situation too, and I also have Vista. It really isn't that annoying, but if you really REALLY like seeing everyone's icons all at once, then I suppose it could be a problem.

I noticed that on Vista it does that, XP it does not. So it's cause of Vista.

I think the problem IS vista....
I have it on my laptop and i have the same problem.
yet, i have XP on my desktop and it does not do it.

That would be me ^^. Ive already tried to help tetris w/ this problem but idk. I would almost reccomend a complete system recovery maybe?? idk, either that or get rid of your hax.
