GemCraft
Really cool Tower Defense game which encourages micro managing. You have to put your different color gems (each color has a different special) in towers to kill the creeps before they finish their route. You can make more towers to get extra gems firing, make mud to slow the creeps down, combine the gems making them powerful or directly making them explode on your foes.
Also it's really damn complete, you gain skill points where you can buy abilities according to your level (yes, you level up with enough points: more points out of one level, higher the level you'll be later) and you can save and just continue later.
It's pretty easy to win the early levels until you reach the Epic one, where you find out that just winning the level is not enough and you'll need better skills/abilities to make it through. The time i won it was busting my last (higest) gem on it, level 6 red gem. Felt sooooo good
5/5 recommended game!

I'll keep it in mind for if I get bored later this week.

this games easy as fuck T.T
|
i like it. i love games with customization, so the gems bit was a nice touch

I got through about half the game. It starts getting boring after you reach level 40 and can start out with grade 6 gems. Makes it pretty easy and really repetitive.

Too fucking easy T_T I ended up just mixing a bunch of weak gems and throwing circle gems to make explosions. I think I had a square gem that did like 30-100 lol

whats banish and how do you use it?
|
it´s when a creep reaches your base, each creep drains an X amount of mana (to banish it).
The game is easy to get through the levels, the deal is to get the glowing frame which needs more activity than just waiting for creeps each round. You can also play it x3 or thow 10 consecutive rounds to make it more interesting. And i don´t know you guys, but i had quite some trouble in the first epic level until i went back and remade some levels (the huge amount of different gems is really annoying).
