Preheat oven to 350. 1 1/2 cup Flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2/3 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Sift dry ingredients 1 cup butter 1 1/2 cup brown sugar Cream together Add 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Mix again Mash 2 cups (about 4-6) overripe bananas with 1/8th cup milk Mix with eggs/butter/sugar mix Add 1/3 cup applesauce 1 tbsp sour cream Now mix the wet ingredients with the dry Add 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup craisens Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean | ||
