Insulin has been injected for over an hour and it went down by 75, then started climbing and I haven't eaten or drank anything WTF.?!

I'm assuming you're diabetic?
Did you do any intense exercise or something?

When blood glucose levels falls too low, glucagon is secreted from the pancreas. This hormone stimulates the liver to break down glycogen, and release glucose to the bloodstream.

But uhm, did you just get diagnosed with diabetes?
I would imagine that people with diabetes would be really good at controlling their blood glucose levels?

Well it was 300 after a bigger than expected dinner, I already had Lantus in me so I took an pen shot of 12, and it went to around 220's then started to climb again. Finally settled down to 126 two hours later. Never seen it actually climb though even when I took a shot.

Sugar gets released into your system at differing times after you eat depending on the simple sugar / complex carbohydrate / fat / protein content of your meal. Different insulins also operate on a certain %/time. I don't know anything about the insulin you're using (never heard of it) so it's entirely possible for your sugars to go up and down like that. Which is why you watch the average / long term and don't worry about little variations or you'll end up over/underdosing your insulin.

Glucagon gets released into your system when you go dangerously low, telling the liver to release its sugar storage. It's like your body's final safety net. It wouldn't get released due to little fluctuations like this.

It sounds like you took some fast acting insulin. My fast acting insulin doesn't peak until an hour after injection, so if yours is anything like mine, your sugars will still rise until the insulin goes to work.
