It only seems stupid if you think you reached a certain level, and you think that you are 'all that'.

A smart person will always try to learn at least some theory before putting stuff to action.
I already did make some concrete changes, but I'm still just starting.
But you are right, actions are the only thing that counts.

Also, why are you tired of them? These guys are pretty wise, experienced etc. Everyone can learn at least something.
