Chaos Problem

I just returned to Starcraft after several months and I am pretty green when it comes to newer programs like Chaoslauncher and all of its plugins.

I download the program but I keep getting some error message and I can't seem to find obs mode and all that fun stuff.

HALP please.

Turn off auto update.

ObsMode is an AdvLoader plugin, look in the BW forum for others.

very strange log. I never had that error.
For Obsmode you have to install AdvLoader too. It then automatically shows up on Chaoslauncher.

ok so...in a stunning turn of events...i cant get on BW anymore... D:

i dled advloader and the next thing i know i can not get on BW...ive re-installed like three times and even tried a different cd-key with no result...i just keep getting the same screen when i try to get on b.net

which version of AdvLoader did you install? Deleting the Plugins subdirectory of starcraft might help.

Every time I copy the files for chaos over into my starcraft directory and open the executable, when I click the update button and it asks to restart, it brings up a windows error message, but as long as I keep the windows error message in the background, I can launch starcraft with chaos once.....

Basically whenever I close chaos it crashes, and requires the files to get copied over again. Wtf haha.

Cali, after you uninstall starcraft, go in and manually delete your starcraft directory to clear out any competing files, then reinstall. Hopefully that will be helpful.

woah ok

i assumed that i wouldnt have a starcraft folder because i uninstalled it

a friend told me to look just for shits and giggles and there was one!

i deleted everything in there (except some amusing screenshots that i had forgotten about) and re-installed and all is good now

but...i still dont have chaoslauncher or any of the plugins that i wanted in the first place and now im too scared to just start clciking on random DL links like before

can someone hook me up with the dl links for chaoslauncher and the advplugin stuff...PLEASE :D
