Here I am again. If you read my last blog post, you can see that I tried to hold myself back from SC and focus on learning. I pretty much failed, although I could do the most important stuff for school and didnt play SC for a while (however I sat near the computer and did something else instead - completed the heroes2 campaign, browsed TL, etc.).
But now is a critical time. I have a HUGE exam of economics next friday, and I hardly know anything. In fact its a comprehensive exam (found that word in the dictionary). Its a combined exam of four subjects, which normally take 2 years to learn. I have proper notes, I have a method. All I need to do is sit down, and learn all day and all night, taking time only for sleeping and compulsory lessons at the university. This is my last chance: if I dont make it, I will be kicked out of the university. I know I can make it if I learn properly during the whole time I have left.
Its hard. I need to focus, and I mustnt waste time. What I need is: determination. I got some from ToKoreaWithLove's blog entry. Thanks for that, I will use my time the best way I can.
Thats all, I suck at blogging, just wanted to hear something like "GL man, you can do it" and stuff. Whatever, I'll post it anyway.

Isolate yourself from everything except your work, food and get plenty of sleep. You'll be fine.

no seriously just sit down and DO IT, you might not feel like it but when the chips are down what has to be done has to be done, the alternative is not a good one !

I get the same feeling when I'm studying, maybe Economics is just not made for us, Gege

I was in that exact position about a year ago. I had a major exam, knew almost nothing (no notes, no anything). I locked myself away at the library for a week, 8 hours a day, and slowly learned not to hate the subject because I learned it. And I passed. Not only that, I passed with the best grade possible.
I have no tips on how to do it, but my determination made me do it. Good Luck, and remember we can do anything.

Wow. We're in a similar position. I have an economics final coming up in 2 weeks, which determines my grade in the entire class. Lets just buckle down and study (easier said than done really...). I wish you good luck and I hope you do the same to me too

have some self control, its best if u find urself a quiet place and settle down and focus, not library, maybe outside in a park

Shave your head completely and throw your internet cord out the window.
Studying should be no problem then.

I like to focus on my future goals when I have to get trough something boring/hard, think of the all the rewards you will be able to reap from what you sow.
And think of the bad things thatll happen if you fail, youll have to do it again etc, i personally HATE so much to fail exams that it motivates me alot to study/practice for it....
Rewards/Punishments is my advice to get some focus.
