Thoughts [STX Soul vs Hanbit Stars - Game1]:
- Does anyone know if any of the English commentators know Korean? I just realized how amazing it would be to have someone who can double as a translator during the pre-game interviews and for reading the stat screens. How amazing would it be? Here is a hint: VERY.
- I love watching TvT for some reason. I think it is because it happens very infrequently in StarLeagues, maybe? Just the way that dropship usage is so important is fascinating to me. I am not a terran player, but when I watch TvT I often think "why do they not play this way in TvP?". Love watching TvTs.
- Tasteless is on his game. Pointing out lots of good things, no mixing up words, good energy level. I wonder if his employers enjoy his fake-translating though..

- Tasteless, my man, they show the Ally screen at the beginning of EVERY match. Just pay attention, yeh?
- Ok, I take it back. I do! Confusion at the beginning followed by a flawless cast with no mixups. I could hear the effort put into keeping things straight and I have to say that 2v2 was so confusing that I might not have been able to follow it without Tasteless's great casting.
- Hannible may have tiny bases, but that just means that teams will get really good at packing things! Did you see CreationToss's game? It was like tetris.
Thoughts [CJ Entus vs WeMade FOX - Game1]:
- Freaking awesome game. I love the back and forth endgame with the constant battles.
- Tasteless was awesome. Actually learned something new (the patrol-attack trick for corsairs to kill scourge). I don't know what happened to the Tasteless from GSI that I was so annoyed with... He has really eliminated his major flaws.

Very nice exploitation of the map geography by SkyHigh. It is too early to say for sure, but I think when a Terran is involved a defensive macro build is not going to be effective on this map. Shelling the main from that cliff is just so hardcore.

I skipped this one. Might go back to it later, but 2v2 is just not as fun to watch for me.

I really want to see the Protoss adapt to this new flash build. It seems like doing a much slower carrier buildup would allow for a larger ground army. Some high templar storms in particular would be very effective against the mass goliath. In any case the old carrier-centered builds are not going to keep working in this new age of early-armory.
