I'm horribly horribly sleepy right now (got barely any sleep last night)...but I have some OCD compulsion that I can't go to bed unless the last game I played was a win. So now I'm just playing nonstop on random smurfs until I can claim a victory. The only problem with that is the longer I go on the less chance I have of winning since I'm not paying attention to anything. One game I spent like half the time just staring at my hands...
I've resorted to dt rushes, zeal rushes, and even playing zerg and 4pooling just to get one last win...but I just can't get it...arrrgghhhhh.
Oh, and anyone who read my last blog, I'm actually doing alot better now (when I'm awake) thanks to practice, but also this awesome multitasking trainer ecoli (Dr.Dragoon) told me about. I still suck horribly at PvZ despite having the most practice with it, but hopefully I'll learn to overcome that. My favorite mu right now is PvT which I've gotten so much better at. PvP is kind of hit or miss, sometimes I'll just wtfpwn people who are leagues ahead of me, or I'll lose horribly to some random noob.

lol a "falcynn" on USeast creating pub 1v1 python games, but i couldn't get into your game. i PMed you to game though, but you probably already started a game.

Join a 3v3 hunters game and go 12 pool 3 hatch speedling. Works wonders.

Needing to go out on a win is something that you must fix before I get serious at sc. There's nothing wrong with prefering it though.

In my opinion PvP isn't as much rock paper scissors as people would like to think... only somewhat at progamer level but still mainly about skill there too even though builds matter more and more.

Yeah, I finally got the win by 4pooling some random dude. I don't usually have weird impulses like this, but I'm horribly stubborn and I stupidly told myself that I wanted to win before going to sleep, and if I tell myself something like that...well then damnit I have to do it.
Also I guess I exaggerated alot about my PvP skills, however it is pretty much 50/50, sometimes I do pretty well and beat people who appear to be better than me, and sometimes I lose to noobs who play out of 1 base in a 15 minute game.

if i were you i'd definitely think about switching to poker, sounds like you'd be the perfect type for it

just learn to go to bed without a win. I usually am satisfied after a good match which I was able to learn from and get better.

I just realized that the way I wrote my last post made it seem like this is a regular thing, just so everyone knows it really isn't. Like I said I'm stubborn, and whenever I tell myself I'm going to do something ("ehhhh...before I go to bed I want to make sure I get a win first") then I pretty much force myself to do it no matter what.
