Stupid "group date"

So this morning right when I am leaving the house to go to class a friend calls me up asking me if I wanted to hangout and go to dinner and what not. Being the moron I am I said sure, well it turns out my friends girlfriend is bringing along her best friend in tow for the sole purpose of me meeting her, that way it is according to her "a group date, that way everybody has somebody and she has heard a lot about you and wants to meet you. It will be fun!".

Found the girl on facebook, she looks nice. So instead of doing something fun, like sleeping, I have to go to a large gathering at a place that apparently only serves burgers talking to someone I know nothing about and then perhaps Bowl. I fucking hate bowling!!!

I agree, sleeping > all.

Although these things usually aren't that bad, after you get there it will be ok.

But for real, if she's good looking, worst case scenario is she's boring and you just bs with her for a little, grab a pitcher a bowling and start making it fun (and damnit, bowling IS fun, especially when you're drunk).
