I hate her BECAUSE she is manipulative. She's such a fucking politician. If you ever listen to her in any debates, she never actually ANSWERS any fucking questions that people give her. She always dodges them and tries to make up some no-answer bullshit. I fucking hate that. Once a debate moderator on the radio actually called her on it when she didn't answer what the one issue was she thought would be toughest (she made up some shit about "ooh there's so many issues but I'm giong to solve them all!) and came back to her saying "well everyone else has actually given definitive answer, so in fairness why don't you settle on one."

Too be fair though, I have found that all politicians do this. Some do it to a less of a degree but everyone does this shit.

The New Hampshire debate... Obama and Edwards come off as very passionate people... Edwards rants about how his quest to right the wrongs of the country is personal. Clinton doesn't do that, instead extolling her experience (which she doesn't ACTUALLY have a lot of - she's only been in the Senate for like 8 years). Then, her piece of shit pollsters must have told her that people liked the others looking personal, because THE VERY NEXT DAY she's out there on a public campaign thing crying like a bitch. Is she crying because she had to? No, she's crying because her manipulators told her to look more human to voters. And the fucking idiots bought it.

Lol I thought the same thing. People actually vote for candidates that cry, what bullshit.

Like others have said before me, she comes off as just another lying politician that will say and do anything to get into power. The fact that she continues to take money from lobbyists without a second thought while Obama doesn't leads me to believe she won't be doing what is right and best for the country. Rather she'll be a means to forward the agendas of her sponsors.

That and I remember her siding with Lieberman on all the anti-videogame bullshit when he was pushing the "violent games make violent kids" thing. She seemed to me like the kind of person that if there was another school shooting she wouldn't blame the kid or the parents, she would rush immediately to blame the media, games, radio, whatever else. She seems to want to place the burden of parenting and the responsibility that goes with it on the government instead of the parents.

This is among the best reasons to hate her I've heard so far. The fact that she's divisive is relevant, because even if the reasons she is divisive are bullshit, she's still a divisive figure, so I appreciate those comments as well. But stuff like this really hits the meat of who Hillary is. She always sides with mother's groups. Always. The reason she sided with Lieberman's anti-videogame thing was that mother's advocacy groups were blaming videogames and other creative/popular media.

Besides being a democrat and all that implies, she's very much a child and mother candidate. Although its not part of her platform (and if her advisors have any sense they'll talk her out of it if she wins the nomination), she was remarking in september that she'd like to create $5,000 government-sponsored trusts for every baby born in the US. They'd be able to dip into these trusts once they hit the age of 18 to spend on what they want. The examples she gave were college education or downpayments on a first house, but you just know a significant minority, if not a majority, would just blow the cash come their 18th B-day.

I THINK I understand where she's coming from. It's a nice thought... interest TENDS to outpace inflation-- so it's slightly cheaper in the long run than just providing grants-- and if the trusts are put into private banks, stocks, or to a lesser extent, contracted government R&D, the funds "set aside" for such a program would spur on the economy in the same way a subsidy to corporations might. And besides that, Britain has instituted a similar policy for children born after 2002, so it's not an entirely ludicrous idea even considering the enormaty of a $20 billion annual price tag. But I think if she really considered the issue, she might be persuaded to expand government supplied grants to activities like opening a small business, attending college or making a downpayment on a 1st home, rather than dumping money into something irresponsible teenagers would waste come adulthood.

I think it may have alot to do with her being a woman.

People still look down on women, even women do look down on themselves. It's a self-replicating ongoing process and won't stop unless we change it.

Anyways, I like Hillary Clinton and I have a good feeling about this election

To me, i don't mind if a woman runs for president i mean seriously the fact that she's a woman doesnt play a role. It's the fact that you can EASILY tell that she doesn't care for anyone but herself. Just from her interviews, etc... all she wants is for HER to become president because SHE will be the first woman president. It's a bunch of crap man.... I pray she doesn't win.

copied from my post in general:

I was reading the paper today and they ahd a story about young voters. One girl said something to the extent of 'I voted for hillary because I think we need a woman in the White House. It's a big step forward for feminists'

Most people that hate hillary are people that have no understanding of politics. They hate her because everyone else does, there's no rational reason behind it. She was a good NY senator, she's pushed through tons of healthcare legislation, her husband was a great president, and any negative thing you say about her you can say about any politician. (that she flip flops on issues and doesn't seem trustworthy all the time, what fucking politician CAN'T you say that about?) As you can see, no one has offered one legitimite or rational reason for hating her for what she's done politcially. They just hate her as a person because they are irrational and they are jealous Bill Clinton was a great president and George Bush was a fucking disaster. And the guy who said she "staged" crying just proves my point.

It's hilarious, the day she cried all her haters laughed at her and said "HAHAH WHAT A WUSS THIS IS GOING TO COST HER THE ELECTION YAY, SHE IS SO WEAK!!!"

Then when it turned out to be a good thing that got her votes, the same exact people went "WHAT THE FUCK SHE STAGED IT TO GET VOTES, WHAT A BITCH!!!"

it's obvious no matter what she does she can't win with these haters because they are irrational. I love watching all the rednecks on the blue collar comedy tour... they are so unfunny they need to yell out "FUCK HILLARY CLINTON" to get all the stupid rednecks riled up.

Yea I do. What's your point?

And I don't think A LOT of democrats hate her... A LOT of republicans hate her and some democrats do (and there's a lot of people out there who call themselves democrats but aren't really progressive liberals)

The truth of the matter is that there is nothing to hate about this woman.
If someone hates her, it is a problem with them, not her. She really is not that polarizing a figure compared to other politicians, and she is a far better choice than any of the candidates the republicans are pushing.

Perhaps they actually have given precious minutes of their life to Fox News, or perhaps they simply do not respect women as much. But considering the crap Republicans vote for, talking about anything "genuine". Especially considering that there is no such thing as a genuine republican other than Ron Paul, and everyone has made him out to be insane, and while I wouldn't vote for him or any other republican, he is certainly the most genuine comparatively.

But as you stated, there are people who hate her. The hatred seems completely unvalidated. That's why the posts in this blog have done nothing but give you reasons with no sources or good explanation, like you asked.

I don't know where it comes from, I have never heard a very good reason for hate. Disagreement, sure. But this unfounded hate is ludicrous.

I think the platform of a presidential candidate doesn't matter all that much, because presidents don't do all that much. Just charisma and political philosophy, which, I guess you could call platform...

Obama talks about a unified America, which is important I think. So I believe rhetoric really does matter from a president, because as far as policy goes, I think declaring war and vetoing bills are all a president really does.

I agree with everyone that Hillary only wants votes ... any candidate who repeats the "I support the middle class / working men / American jobs / mothers etc" ad infinitum just wants votes.

Find me a candidate that is ANTI middle class.

what?

rofl.

go ahead and try to defend her answer.

Then go defend the fact that shes received the most money from lobbyist of any presidential candidate (this includes people like romney and edwards who dropped out)

compare that with obama taking $0 from lobbyists, and then tell me shes going to stop lobbyists from being powerful in Washington better than obama.

it's funny you say that clinton haters are uneducated on the matters.

if you were actually paying attention to how the clintons play ball you'd realize they are crooks. she's run a divisive, dishonest, and hat-switching campaign that only an idiot who wasn't paying attention would support.

PS. to answer the OP, i hate hillary clinton (and bill clinton) for the aforementioned reasons. they've been very dishonest, they try hard to inflame demographic divisions for their own benefit, and they are classic politicians in that they will say anything and wear any hat to get elected. hates a strong word, i would rather say i am afraid of hillary clinton because if this is the way she campaigns then i am scared of how she would run the country. the last thing the world needs is another opaque and dishonest presidency.
