I've tried so many places... and now I don't want to
But maybe someone on TLnet wants a Martin DX1 guitar.
I've used in total for about 2 weeks. I bought it with a humidity crack on the front face though. It has been fixed and sounds great so it's just a matter of cosmetics for most people.
Retail value is $719
Stores are selling.... in Canada anyway for around $500+ Canadian.
I'm selling for $280 Canadian.

The gauge of the strings I'm not so sure of because I got it set-up looking and playing nice to sell but I do know that they are new Elixir strings.
I've been playing for about over a year now... I'm selling it because as I said I've been playing for a bit over a year now and already have a guitar, the Crafter GAE8/N. If I had a choice, I would keep my Martin... unless one of you guys want to buy my Crafter instead lol.
I'm selling because I'm in debt (University) I can wait to pay it off from my monthly income or help to reduce the interest charges by paying off $280 right now.
$280 is just for the guitar since I bought it for $400 new (Due to the humidity), I've barely used it and even set it up well so I'm asking for $280.
I can add the hard case shown in the pic with the humidifier for a total of $320. All that stuff is new too so I'm hesitant to just throw it in. And I added my picture to show you that I'm a nice guy =].

I am actually going to guitar center this weekend hopefully to do 1 last run through playing on different guitars. But I am leaning towards the Martin DCX1KE.

I would assume he wasn't as interested as he thought he was in playing guitar, or just acoustic, that's why he might be reselling after two weeks.

$280 seems like a solid price. What kinda strings do you have on it?
EDIT: Does it have a case as well?

I'm in Barrie, Ontario but I go through Toronto when I go to see my girlfriend. How soon did you need the $320/$280?
I also wish you had played it a bit more to make sure the tone stays good. I know Martin is a respectable brand though. Back when I first started I bought a guitar out of impulse (thought it sounded good), but after 1-2wks of playing, it seems to lose tone really fast. It's not string-buzz because I play with light elixer strings which sound good on everything. The guitar is a Simon & Patrick SC FLM for anyone interested btw, so don't impulse buy like I did :p

The tone is fine;
I take it out once in a while to refill the humidifier and just strum it a bit.
As for the money, the sooner the better.

it depends
if humidity is low, you make sure its soaked in the distilled water
if humidity is high, leave it in dry
