11.45 pm.......
argument broke out about an hour ago, my step-dad for the last 8 years or so has went crazy, talking about breaking up, ending it tommorow, he claims to have evidence of affair but i really do think that he has went crazy, i had to be a diplomat/fence between them. no way im going to skool tommorow, or sleep tonight, its calmed down now... hes like a different person when hes like this, scary, i can see it in his eyes, pure concentrated anger.
i guess ill post tommorow to say if were going to stay with my gran or not, to be honest i dont mind if they break up to be honest.
hes either on drugs or hes schizophrenic.
im still shaking and hes awake downstairs...

what can i say, i've been in situations like yours before. I was young at that time, and couldn't do anything but i tried, and yet nothing worked. As time went by things just started getting resolved. I believe you are in the same situation as me years ago, except older. I think there's nothing you can do about it, if your step dad really has his eyes on someone else, the only thing YOU can do is wait maybe he'll get over it, maybe he wont. Lets just say he has his eyes on someone else, what's can you do to make him change his ideals about the other women? nothing.
Why are you shaking? is he abusing his spouse? its illegal in USA to do that, not sure about united kingdom. If you do'nt care if they break up why worry?

I would guess he cares? He's lost one dad already, I'm sure he isn't jumping for joy about his step-dad threatening to get a divorce.

I know, I read the topic.
I'm sure he cares that a crazy guy with "pure concentrated anger" is in his house. It's kind of a problem for everyone around him.
