Apart from watching VODs on this site, I tend to watch a fair bit of professional kick-boxing and boxing, and from seeing how some of those professionals acted after winning (or even while their opponent was unconscious on the floor) FBH's actions dull in comparison.
In the end though I believe (I may be wrong though) he does not do the dances out of spite or pure mockery but as a quirky unique thing that makes him stand out of the pool of similarly decently skilled Terran players.

He says the same thing about them - that they are not meant to be offensive. Many, however, perceive them to be that way.
And I think that StarCraft is closer to chess than kick-boxing, and perhaps that is why people expect players to act at least a little more respectable accordingly.
