They most certainly don't think they are the only group that can do Naruto/Bleach. They just know that their quality to speed ratio is better than the competition (for English at least).

I really like db's work but seriously I can't tell whether this is real or not. The timing couldn't have been better to do this. You can't tell if this is for real or not. But as others already said, I don't think they'll stop completely because all the "customers" would just switch to other pages etc. I would love for db to return, though. They're, imho, by far the best subbers out there.

I always thought DB was absolutely horrible before anbu gave Naruto up. I was forced into DB.

Same thing will happen to DB if they stop the subbing. Lunar was much better than DB at Bleach as well.

I have $ that this is a lie like all dattebayo's other attempts at flaming and tricking their audience because there's no new episodes until Jan 9th / Jan 10th and they just want a bunch of nerds to sweat until then.
Come January 9th and 10th I'll bet that they'll still be subbing.

You are probably right, save the fact that this seems like the first time they've actually had a good reason for performing the troll/bluff.

I guess i can understand the thing about the quality...but the unwanted attention thing is complete crap. If the were concerned about that they wouldn't encode there name/website into the episodes.

Well I agree that they should probably do that if they care about attention, but it's still true that when the files go on youtube they gain more attention. If I'm looking for illegal videos, it's much easier to find them if they are on youtube than if I have to go to a group's torrent tracker etc.
