Nowadays having a good GPA is more important, and writing a good app. essay is WAY more important due to recent school shootings. Also, think of it this way: SAT is just a number that defines how well you did on a certain day on a certain test. (Doesn't reflect your abilities incredibly well). GPA is just a number that defines how well you studied in school for the past four years. (Reflects your academic abilities pretty well). The essay is something that defines YOU. Who YOU are, what makes YOU YOU, and what is important/interesting to YOU. (Reflects who YOU are, including your abilities and personality, which is of course the most important thing of all n_n). Good luck to all seniors with their apps, and remember not to fret about your SAT score n_n! | ||

My friends told me in November that names A-D, E-J, K-M, N-Z went to assigned rooms and they had to sit according to the seating charts. The policy got stricter.....or maybe that's because not as many people take the SAT's in November. But my friends did take SAT for money. The proctors in my school aren't THAT strict about it. | ||
