He s invading another country, one that is closest to them. They are brothers, sisters. It s like Canada fighting against the USA, like New Zealand and Australia or Germany and Austria. They have the same cultural background and share an almost common language. There is no valid reason whatsoever, it is just one Man, Putin, who is living his 19th century imperialistic dream. He wants to resurrect the russian empire. He brought WAR to our continent. I hope this will never be forgotten. We as europeans now have to make a switch away from russian gas and Saudi Oil and finally invest heavily in renewable energy sources, to get less dependend on mad dictators like the Saudis or Putin. | ||

And because the Ukraine is not a direct political ally. What I wonder is what justification you think Russia has to invade Ukraine? Since you're "neutral" on the subject. Which I find disgusting. If you dig beneath the surface it's simply greed. Ukraine has resources that Russia wants and Putin thought he could take them easily. Those resources would have greatly benefited the rich men that support his power. What would you expect the Ukraine to do? Their actions are forced. I commend them for their resistance. | ||
