After seeing another blog poster talking about doing BlueIris's SC training exercise I decided to give it a shot. Seemed like the ideal way to help me train since I don't have many large chunks of time to devote to games these days. Comps don't give me much crap for leaving mid game or pausing for 30 minutes. That said, day one was pretty interesting in that I managed to get around a 200 APM average. Which for me is phenominal since I normally average around 90-100. Moving on to day 2 I've bumped that up to 255 average and according to BWchart I've managed to stay above 120 APM the entire 21 minute game which I'm quite happy with.
An interesting side effect of these exercises is that I feel like doing everything faster, even typing this message. If I sit around doing nothing, I feel like I'm going to slow or I should be doing something. Probably two or three things rather. I should do this more around exams time haha. Anyway, thanks to BlueIris and that other poster that I brought my attention to this exercise when I saw his blog.
