Hot_Bid's right, and from what you say it sounds like you've been flirting a fair amount, so if you're watching a movie and let's say you have your arm around her or you two are at least touching or very close or something like that, then you could probably go for it. But don't ask for a kiss. Asian girls are a little bit different from American girls though.
