EPTI streamed a little bit last year or so then stepped away from it. I had a total of 10 follows in 2015 and a whopping 7 more in 2016. I did nothing with streaming until September of this year.
In september of this year started streaming more. Slowly at first and not many people watched. I would average 5 viewers. I gained a total of 30 new follows. And while this was almost double what I would get in the previous years combined, not very much.
Then we come to this month. So far this month, streaming on average 3 days a week for 20 hours I had 131 new follows. Averaging between 35-40 people watching I finally felt something was clicking with my channel!
On wednesday of this week I got the pop up in my dashboard. Downloaded everything and filled out some tax forms.
On my first day of streaming as a affiliate I got my first sub. Not someone I play games with on a regular basis like my mafia homeboys and girls here. It was someone who actually enjoyed my stream and wanted to support me. The feeling that gives you is actually amazing!
Now is where the real work lay. I need to make a actual schedule and stick to it. I need to grow my channel. Hopefully I can turn this into something, as a disabled man I cannot work. I wont be able to stick to the schedule as much as I am going to want to. I am going to do my best though.
What am resolved to do. Is to do my best. If I am only feeling 60% well I will stream when before I wouldnt.
Maybe this goes somewhere and maybe it doesnt. But I am going to give it my best shot!
