Back after a couple of days (basically had 5am - 2am days on both Tuesday and Wednesday).
Game 1, PvZ: macro seemed to be going well until I realized that I didn't ever have enough drones on my mineral line and took me longer to max out than I feel it should. He rolled over me with stargate tech. Oops.
Game 2, ZvZ: I'm bad. Really as simple as that. Got distracted in the game and never recovered mentally. Take it on the chin and move on to the next one.
Game 3, PvZ: Again, I'm bad. I'm not even sure what really happened, I just felt like a Goldeen and died.
Will try again more tomorrow, but maybe the lack of sleep that I've had over the last couple of days played a bigger role than I thought it would. 0-3 at the end of the day, but tomorrow I am going to try to go back to backspace injecting like I used to do when I was high Platinum. My hands are relatively small and having each queen on a separate hotkey just feels clunky.

Use location hotkeys to inject

idk what backspace injecting is but this is what i used to do when i was playing sc2:
I tended to keep my queens at hotkey 4. I had "r" as hotkey for inject. What i did was i added an alternative hotkey for inject into "v". Then i changed my base camera (or whatever that was called where it cycles through your town halls) into "shift + v".
That way i could go "press 4 -> hold shift -> v -> click -> v -> click -> ..... [repeat for every hatchery]
Obviously using location hotkeys should be easier but i myself never learned to use location hotkeys properly in BW and after like 10 years i never cared to learn.

The base hotkey inject method was kinda removed when they made injects stackable, now queens will wander off more often.
Use location hotkeys to inject +1

You can just hit 'S' after your round of injecting, no wandering queens. That may mean you miss injects though. You could also do it the way Jaedong did. Box-selecting the paired queen every time you hit backspace (I have this bound to spacebar personally.)
