Hey! I will fly to New Zealand on Sep 7 and am looking for someone who has been there and give me some advice on my route! Just click on the image and you will get an interactive map to zoom in.

Sounds fun though. New Zealand has some nice landscapes and views from what I've seen.

Only thing I can suggest to a German, very briefly as I'm about to go out, and it seems you've planned this quite thoroughly anyway so it shouldn't be a problem but 100km here isn't the same as 100km in Germany. The roads here are windey and narrow, and the speed limit is much lower than it is over there to account for it. Travelling can be a bit more exhausting because of those factors, and you'll be jetlagged and on the other side of the road. Just something be aware of while you're driving around.

I have been to many countries that can not keep up with the standards of roads in Ggermany, so no worries about that - i can get a good idea of how long it will take to get around =) Since i am coming from Australia, Jetlag wont be a big problem either luckilty! i left Germany 7 years ago
